TUBI FRIGHTFEST LONDON 2026
As the end of summer looms closer, horror fans have a lot to look forward to. The most important weekend of the year that is Tubi FrightFest 2026. Five days of cutting edge horror cinema and live events in the heart of London at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square and the Odeon Luxe West End from Thursday 27th to Monday 31st August. 82 films including a mix of world and UK premieres, retrospective screenings and live discussions on the genre will take place over five screens. As ever Gore In The Store will be in the thick of it with exclusive interviews, reviews and news. Kicking off with the world premiere of Abner Pastoll’s NERVOUS and closing with the UK premiere of Marion Le Corroller’s Cannes Film Festival sensation SPECIES (SANGUINE).

DEAD RESET
Stewart Sparke’s practical effects and gore soaked adaptation of his time loop video game receives its world premiere at Tubi FrightFest. Gore in the Store reviews a film that grips from the beginning up until its ruthless ending with its tight storytelling and evocative atmosphere that hearkens back to the glory days of genre filmmaking.
FACES OF DEATH
The notorious mondo documentary receives a smart and entertaining 21st century makeover from director Daniel Goldhaber. Barbie Ferreira’s troubled video content moderator takes on Dacre Montgomery’s serial killer who takes inspiration from the original film in a bloody and slick update that just played at Tubi FrightFest.
PONDEROSA
Bill Camp and Jack Dylan Grazer star in this unsettling film that examines the seemingly unbridgeable generation gap between a young man and his unwanted father figure. Gore in the Store reviews this dark, often surreal vision of a splintered and increasingly artificial country that will no doubt cause a split audience reaction.
IMPOSTERS
